Designed around consent

Helpful AI should never make you feel out of the loop.

Me by Shifi is being built around visible responsibilities, understandable suggestions and confirmation before meaningful changes.

Core principles

Your agency is part of the product.

Clear confirmation

Changing a plan, adding a cross-agent suggestion or taking a meaningful action should be presented for review.

Visible source

Updates identify the agent and reason behind them, especially when advice moves between specialist areas.

Optional specialists

Specialist agents are designed to be activated or paused. Shifi remains the consistent master assistant.

Editable inputs

Estimates and suggestions should be correctable, because a photograph or short description never tells the whole story.

Health-related boundaries

Support for everyday choices—not diagnosis.

Nourish and Move can help with routine planning, awareness and progress. They should not present estimates as clinical facts or replace qualified care.

When professional help matters

People with medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, eating-disorder concerns or alarming symptoms should seek appropriate professional guidance before following AI-generated nutrition or exercise suggestions.

1
Explain uncertainty

Photo-based food information and calorie calculations are estimates that the user can review.

2
Respect limitations

Fitness plans need readiness, level, equipment and constraints—not only a desired goal.

3
Escalate warning signs

The interface should encourage professional or emergency support where a request exceeds everyday guidance.

4
Avoid guaranteed outcomes

No agent should promise weight, health, performance or financial results.

Control model

What happens—and what does not.
